A: The $29.95 for the Shining Star Contest automatically enters your child.

Q: Do I need to send in more than one photo?
A: No, but the photo must be clear and suitable for judging.

Q: Will my child's photo be returned?
A: No, unfortunately, we past these pictures on bulletins and judges may mark on them for judging so be sure to have an extra
copy for your family album or your child's portfolio.

Q: Can my child be entered in more than one contest?
A: Yes, there is a new contest every month. You may enter again by sending your child's photo and paying the entry fee each time
you enter. Each contest contains new photos and your chance of winning will be different each time.

Q: How many children are judged?
A: The number of children varies per contest and is based on the number of entrants.

Q: What are the age limits?
A: "The Cutest Baby in America" contest age limits are 0-3.
A: "The Prettiest Baby in America" contest age limits are 4-10.

We do require a relatively recent photo with consideration being given up to a two months grace period.

Q: What will my child win?
A: Winning the title and being crowned is the most valued reward, yet we still present cash prizes, awards, plaques, recognition
medals, certificates, coupons and ribbons. Not to mention taking your child to stardom fast.

Q: What is the cash prize?
A: The amount varies on each contest but all winners will receive prizes and much more.

Q: How many winners are there per contest?
A: All participants will receive an official certificate of participation. The number of winners varies with the specific contest entered.
Please refer to the contests that interests you for specific details. The actual number of winners in a single month may vary
depending on which contest the participant enters.

Q: What is Judge Recommendations & Invitations?
A: Only after your child has placed in the contest, then your child can advance further by invitation or recommendation from the
judges into the next round of competition. The invitations are awards for free advancement. The Judge Recommendation is an
award, but the $28.95 is for advancement and must be paid to advance. These are the only two ways you can advance to the
Rising Stars Contest.

Q: Do backgrounds, props or costumes help?
A: It is according to whether you are entering your child in the Theme Competition. If so, then yes they would help.

Q: Who will see my child's photo?
A: If you child does not place then only the judges and contest staff will see the photo. If your child wins, then your child's photo will
be published on our website, possibly in The Cutest Baby in America promotional literate, and possibly in one or more major
national child or baby magazines.

Q: Who can enter?
A: Any family who lives in the United States is welcome to enter their child in the contest.

Q: How can I find out if my child has won?
A: The winners are immediately posted on our website and notifications will be mailed to all the winners punctually after judging.

Q: What is the Rising Star Contest and what is the charge?
A: This is an optional contest offered by invitation or judge recommendation only. The charge is $28.00 unless you receive an
award of invitation. The Rising Star winning photos will be sent to talent agencies and modeling scouts. The winners will
automatically be entered into the Gallery of Stars.

Q: How are "The Cutest Baby in America" and/or "The Prettiest Child in America" chosen? What is the prize?
Are their any further charges?
A: "The Cutest Baby in America" and "The Prettiest Child in America" are chosen from the winning Rising Stars
participants. The winner is placed in our Gallery of Stars. Only one will be selected from the Gallery of Stars and be awarded a
check and have all the fame and publicity for a year as being "The Cutest Baby in America" and/or "The Prettiest Child in America".
Wow! How Exciting!! The fame and publicity is priceless!

Q: Is there more than one contest my child can be entered into in the same month?
A: Yes, your child would enter the required "Shining Star Contest" for $29.95 and you can also enter your child into the "Category
Judging" for $8.95 per category selected for more chances to win. You also can enter more than once in the Shining Star Contest.
This increases not only chances of winning but also the chance to advance on to the Rising Stars Contest.

Q: In the Rising Star Contest how do I enter my child's photo?
A: Only the contestants that placed in the Shining Star Contest may enter unless you receive a Judge Recommendation or
Invitation.

Q: Who pays the $28.95 fee for the Rising Star Contest?
A: Only those participants who receive a Judge Recommendation or Invitation. No other participants are allowed to pay or enter.

Q: What is an official contest Invitation and who gets them?
A: Invitations are given to only placed winners in the Shining Star Contest or in the Category Judging Contest. The Invitation is an
Advancement Award which requires no fees.

Q: What is a Judge Recommendation and who receives them?
A: Judge Recommendations are given to the child for advancement who has come close to placing in a category. This is totally
optional and it cost $28.95 to enter with a Judge Recommendation. Only a select few will be given this opportunity, so if you child
receives one, it is a wise decision to enter, for a Judge has selected your child's photo for Recommendation.

Q: What if I have twins?
A: Each child may enter, however, each will be required to pay the entry fee. A suggestion is to enter one child one month and the
other the next. This will increase the chances of winning or placing.
